Rabokki(a stir friend sweet and spicy rice cake and noodle). Rabokki is a combination of ddeokbobkki and ramyun. It’s one of the staple korean street food that is very easy to do. It has the same cooking procedures with ddeokbokki you just need to add some instant noodles and extra water and sometimes they add cheese on top! 🙂
Here’s my version of Rabokki!
I made mine with pinoy touch by using our local foods like noodles from pancit canton(instead of ramyun which is quiet expensive) Hotdog/sausage(can’t buy pork in the middle of the night) eggs, onions, and cheese. For the sauce I used go ju chang( Korean ferment chili paste), sugar and some MSG and little bit of water( coz i want dry) ! LOL! ahahah
