Here are the tweaks you need to do;

1. Jailbreak your iDevice here!

2. Go to your cydia and add this to your sources:

http://system.in-appstore.com/repo/

2. Install the LocaliAppStore.

3. Next  is Enable the tweak on your settings.

4. Now try purchasing something on your App.

Try buying something. Pop up will appear then tap “buy”

Then another pop up will appear asking you for your apple id and password. Tap “cancel”

Then wait for a second.. and that’s it!

You can also try it with other apps or newsstand but be careful because some wont work or other might detect your activities and will ban your game/app.
